I have 4 years of experience working within Learning and Development for the Hospitality sector, during that time I found a huge passion for coaching. Unlike mentoring, coaching empowers an individual to navigate their challenges on their own terms. Coaching helps individuals to build resilience so that when they encounter similar issues in the future they are already armed with the tools they need to succeed. I offer various types of coaching including, mental health coaching, life coaching, leadership coaching and career coaching.

As I already stated I have a wealth of experience when it comes to being a successful coach within the workplace. During the last 2 years I have been focusing on how I can strengthen my skills to support individuals outside of the workplace. Which has led me on to the path of becoming an NLP coach. I believe that coaching is a great tool for anyone looking to improve themselves or their mindset. My goal is to create a safe space for individuals to discuss their issues and provide a suitable environment for them to find a way forward that works for themselves and their mental wellbeing.

Finding the setting that works for you.

Currently all coaching appointments will take place in my home office either in person (location depending) or via a secure video link. During the consultation we will choose the option that is right for you.
