It feels so exciting to finally be here sharing this site with you. I think it is only fitting that my first blog post is a little bit of a run down of who I am, think dating profile for coaching, so here goes……….

Why Coaching?:
I have worked in the hospitality industry for the last 14 years, initially in a customer facing role until 4 years ago when I joined the Learning and Development team. My reason for coaching is very similar to my reason for moving in to L&D, I enjoy watching people grow and develop in ways they didn’t believe possible. A good coach will empower their clients by helping them to realise things about themselves that they didn’t know were holding them back.
I strongly believe that I was put on this earth to help and nurture others and coaching has given me the skills to do just that.
Experience:
Coaching is a massive part of L&D, I have spent the last 4 years researching different coaching techniques and honing my skills so that coaching is now my default mode. I have worked with individuals who have gone on to achieve awesome things professionally and personally, their successes are not down to me because they already had the capabilities but I created an environment that allowed those individuals to thrive and learn. NLP uses the power of language to help individuals to overcome their limiting beliefs and unlock doors to their future.
